Supporting you as you move toward the healing and the life you want.
Philosophy of Care
Healing often begins in the presence of a safe, supportive relationship where you can show up fully as yourself without pressure to perform or “have it all together.” My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Life can bring experiences that overwhelm our nervous system and shape the ways we navigate relationships, stress, protection, connection, and overwhelm today.
I work with adults from all walks of life experiencing burn-out, neurodivergence, compassion exhaustion, vicarious trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, life transitions, or relational dissatisfaction. Therapy session are relational, somatic, and trauma-informed supporting emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, resilience, and deeper connection to self and others.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your lived experience. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and welcomes adults from diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences.
Therapy is not about “fixing what was broken” but a collaborative effort that helps gently address how these experiences continue to show up in our bodies, behaviors and relationships. Sessions are designed to support reconnection with the lost parts of ourselves, increasing our capacity for resilience, regulation, and a renewed sense of vitality.
NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM®)
NARM® is guided by a holistic, trauma-informed approach that recognizes how early life experiences shape our nervous system, relationships, and sense of self. The NARM® approach supports the gentle exploration of these patterns in your time. Rather than following a rigid method, NARM® offers a flexible and collaborative process that meets you where you are.
This approach focuses on building greater awareness, emotional capacity, and connection to yourself.
The foundational principles that guide this work are outlined to the right, and offer a glimpse into how NARM® supports meaningful change.

Somatic Experiencing (SE™)
SE™ is a gentle, body-based approach for healing trauma and chronic stress. Sometimes the nervous system remains caught in survival responses like fight, flight, fawning, or freeze long after a difficult experience has passed. When this happens, people may notice discomfort related to the lingering symptoms. Some report feeling anxious, restless, irritable, emotionally numb, or disconnected from themselves. Over time, ongoing stress can also show up physically through symptoms such as chronic pain, migraines, digestive challenges, sleeplessness, or autoimmune disease.
SE™ helps the body gradually release stored survival energy and restore balance. By learning to safely notice and work with body sensations, many people experience greater calm, resilience, and a deeper sense of safety in daily life.
